We offer flexible working hours and are also open to part-time employment. All our staff, including the management team, take their annual leave as well as parental leave where applicable, and return to work feeling relaxed and invigorated. We work from home if and when it makes sense to do so. Once a year, we invite our entire staff and their families to a summer fête, and as the year draws to a close, we all come together for our annual Christmas party.
